couldn't get off of the "foxsave" page. Had to do control alt delete. HELP!
Had just downloaded newest version of Firefox. Came back to screen later, and it was showing "Fox Save" I believe. Is that firefoxes screen saver? I clicked on all the icons below trying to get out of that screen and finally had to press control, alt, delete to get out.,

You probably have a user agent that has been corrupted and that identifies you as Firefox/3.6.18

Firefox doesn't have such a Fox Save screen.
You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe mode:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
