Hi everyone I'm Nahuel from Argentina. My (random) problem started 2 or 3 week ago when I have Firefox 17.0.1 (actually I updated to Firefox 18 but it's the same). At any moment Firefox crash and close, even in safe mode, but there isn't a way to reproduce it. The problem can appear when I open Firefox, while I'm reading some news, when I'm checking my mail, so on. I restore and (later) reinstall Firefox but the problem still. Maybe reinstall Windows 7 can solve my problem, but I haven't time to do this right now.

Here is the link to my crash report: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/6621f000-a722-48d8-884c-35a482130110

PD : I do the best I can, but I know my english is bad sorry.

hello nahuel, the crash report that you've linked to indicates that the crash is caused by the adobe flash plugin. you could try downgrading to version 10.3 of the plugin which is still maintained - see solution #2 in the following article: Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again

your english isn't bad at all by the way ;-)

iamjayakumars I've already do that, I always keep my computer clean and defragmented as possible. Thanks for your answer!

Nahu, actually you should never use a registry cleaner on your PC, they tend to cause ALOT of problems that are very hard to fix. It's actually possible this issue was caused by a registry cleaner. As for your issue, it seems like a generic Flash issue that has alot of underlying causes (and we aren't sure which yours is). Try using Flash 10.3 as madperson said, also try the following:

Make sure Windows is up to date (check a few times, install every update you can see).

Update your graphics driver. Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Tylerdowner Thanks you, but I think I resolved the problem with madperson's solution. My drivers are all updated and, to be honest, I always use Ccleaner to clean bad registry entries and a registry desfragmentator and never had a problem with that. I know that Flash plugin is very problematic, so I disable it and the problem seems to dissapear. If downgrade doesn't work I'll try to do a clean installation of Flash, or try to use HTML5 alternatives if exists. Thanks a lot to all, I'm impressed for the support and the fast answers.

I can't understand your problem, What happen exactly? Do you speak Spanish? Because Spanish is my native language and we can understand us better in that language. I don't remember exactly but I think my problem was originated by video's driver configuration and Adobe Flash, since that moment I started to use an uninstaller tool like Revo's uninstaller to do a complete uninstallation from any program. Greetings from Argentina!

hello nbozi67, since your crashes don't have to be related to those of the original poster NahuFF, please follow this guide and open a new question on the forum for your issue (it's important to include you recent crash IDs starting with bp-). thank you...
