Hi, I am using Firefox 14.0.1 on Windows 7 Prof. I cannot backup my digital certificate because I receive the error msg: Failed to create the PKCS #12 backup file for unknown reason. The certificate is loaded on the card reader, Firefox request the PIN and can access the certificate. The Tab Your Certificate shows the certificate but I cannot backup it, even disable all the Firefox Add Ons. I also cannot access a web application that uses a digital certificate for login. I receive the error code 403. However, I don´t have these problems when I use IE. Regards, Jose
