v3.6.24 will not display router webpages

I have an four port router which uses a webpage interface for configuration etc. Up to v3.6.23, Firefox would display the "home page" once I logged into the router.

Since v3.6.24 all I get is a blank white page with the text: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=index.htm">

Refreshing the page does not get me any further.

If I log into the router using Opera I can see in the logs that I did actually log in using Firefox.

The router has not left a cookie on Firefox, and I have already deleted all history and disabled the few plugins that are installed. Firefox will still not display the page correctly

Computers used. PPC Apple running Leopard, Intel Apple running Tiger. The router website consists of simple HTML pages with Javascript. As far as I can tell there is no Flash or Java used.
