So you are saying that Firefox crashes as soon as it starts? Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? You can do this by holding down the Shift key while Firefox is starting. If it starts in Safe Mode, you should check out Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems. There are also lots of good troubleshooting steps in the Knowledge Base article Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly).
