II tried to update to the latest Firefox version, but I'm told to close open Mozilla windows, then I'm asked if I want to cancel the update, how do I bypass this?
I am no longer able to open Firefox browser windows. So I went through Internet Explorer to the Firefox website. I attempted to download the latest free version of Firefox. I followed the steps to install it but then a dialog box appears prompting me to close Firefox so the installation can be completed. The only way to get out of the dialog box is to agree to cancel the update. So, how do I complete the updating process?
