This is gonna sound crazy. I got tired of fighting IE and all the errors it generates, so I made Firefox my default browser. Now, when I click on a hyperlink in Outlook, it opens Firefox BUT it also opens the Yahoo Messenger installer! Most of the time, I can close the installer but sometimes it just starts running anyway.
