I updated Firefox, restarted and now I get the following error message when I try to reopen Firefox. "The procedure entry sqlite3_stmt_readonly could not be located in the dynamic link library mozsqlite3.dll".

Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

- Uninstall your current Firefox version.
- Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

I've gotten no replies to this question? If I delete Firefox and reinstall will I lose my bookmarks?
Create a New Profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
-> Basic Troubleshooting: Make a New Profile
-> If that New Profile works then you can recover your Bookmarks and Passwords from the Old Profile.
-> Recovering important data from an old profile
Check and tell if its working.

How do I delete just the program folder and not the profile folder?
By Program Folder Cor-el means the Mozilla Firefox that is in your Program Files folder.
