Put certain messages in another folder (not Inbox)
Hi,
I thought I had done this before, but now I cannot figure out if it works or not, as I don't see anywhere to change it. Sometimes I'll subscribe to a group or something, and the emails they send seem to overwhelm the inbox. If this is a Firefox feature, I need to figure out how to do it (again?). If not, I may just not subscribe to any more boards!
In other words, check the address. If the address has "@xxx.com" in it, put in in THIS folder. I'm not sure if this is a Firefox thinh, or if I need to use the ISP!
Thanks.

It's an email thing, not a browser thing, to the extent of my knowledge. I've never heard of anyone setting it up it in the browser, at least...
If you have a web-based mail client (you check your mail on a website, like hotmail, gmail, etc.) check on that website for a method to set up mail rules. There may not be a way to do so.
If you use a program on your computer (Outlook, thunderbird) look for an option to set up mail rules there. Most programs like this have that option.
If you can be more specific about what you use to check mail, I can be more specific about how to set it up, if you would like :)

Thanks a lot!
I finally did find it in the att.net settings, but it was not the most intuitive thing. Now, to see if it works!
