How do I reload a page ?? The Icon has gone way, away !!
How do I reload a page to update it ? The little Icon has gone into the black void never to be seen again !!

It is now located at the far right end of the Address Bar. When you load a page, it'll show the "Stop" button, when it finished, it'll show the "Reload" button.
If you want it back in the Toolbar, you can drag it to wherever you want in the Toolbar, if it doesn't work, you can do this:
View > Toolbars > Customize
and drag the button into the window and then drag it back out to wherever you prefer.
