Firefox 4 is NOW supported by the latest HP Simplepass application by Egistec.
We are very happy to tell you there is good news. The latest version of HP SimplePass(7.0.74.0) has already supported FireFox4 and IE9.
Please follow below these step instructions: 1. Uninstall current HP SimplePass on your computer. 2. Install HP SimplePass and try again.
Hint: The latest version of HP SimplePass is available for download at http://www.egistec.com/websitedownload/patch/bioexcess/HPSimPlePass7.0.74.0.zip
Note: Before you will uninstall HP SimplePass, you can backup the data of Online Account. How to backup the data of Online Account: a). Open the Control center. b). Select “General Settings -> Data Backup Settings” c). Click “Browse…” to select a place to put your backup file. And input backup password and Hint. d). Check “Online Account data” option. And then Click “OK”. Backup data successfully. After reinstalling HP SimplePass, you can restore the backup file. How to restore the data of Online Account: a). Open the Control center. b). Select “General Settings -> Data Restore Settings” c). Click “Browse…” to select your backup file. And input backup password. d). Click “OK”. Restore data successfully.

I have never experienced a company who responded as quickly and accurately as they did. Especially one associated with HP. I am very pleasantly surprised. Not sure why they didn't get back to others but as for me I couldn't be happier.
Hey guyz, I just download the simplePass from the link posted by ETOSoft. I thought my problem was solved but my FF6 still not work with it. Anyone to help me ??

I'm still having an issue with HP SimplePass 7.1.5.9.. it works fine BUT
issue1: swiping on facebook page pastes the password and username but doesn't login, i have to maually go and click SignIn button :(
issue2: restoring backup from earlier simplepass by digitalpersona leads to an error!!!!
issue3: unlike simplepass by digitalpersona this software by Egis Tech doesn't authenticate when i click show password!!!!
Is it just me? anybody else with this issue????
I was experiencing issue1 mayank. I'm about to give up on this whole thing since it only worked for a few days and even then not all that well. Firefox's rapid release schedule is apparently too much for a lot of addon developers to keep up with. That kinda sucks since the main reason I use Firefox is for the addons. Best of luck to all of you with problems still. I'll keep reporting back if anything else happens.

Any plans on supporting versions 8 and up? I know Firefox's rapid release schedule is tough to keep up with but this is a pretty key part of your software.
Also is there a way I can update without having you guys send me a link? At the time of your last update the live update button still reported that I had the latest software.
Lastly when the program was working with firefox (albeit for a very short time) I found that when I entered my data in for facebook the program wouldn't actually log in. It would only fill in the input boxes without actually clicking the login button even though I had set it to do so. I did not test this with different site logins.
