Firefox wil not open a new tab neigther with + or Ctrl +T

Firefox wil not open (manualy) a new tab anymore. Not with the + on the site tab nor with Bestand - new tab or Ctrl+T

Un-install the Ask Toolbar until Ask fixes the problem created by their toolbar.

In save mode switch off the add-ons and check them one by one or start with the latest installed.
