Firefox freezes when starts for a couple of minutes on start and start freezes for 10 seconds every minute after 2 hours of work!

For a couple of years now i have a problem with firefox. On a start the browser freezes for a minute or two, and then i works fine until 2 or 3 hours of work then it starts to freeze for 10 seconds every 1 minute of work after that time line! So i tried to stop the Add-ons when i start but the browser after one time freezes every other time works fine when i start the browser until i restart or turn off the computer and when i start it again mozilla firefox freezes again on the start! But the problem with the 2-3 hours of work still freezes for 10 seconds every one minute after that time line! So what can i do so that freezing on the start and after the working 3 hour time line to stop?

The problem was solved with creating a new Profile! And also the problem was that i had an extremely large file that needed to be loaded every time i started windows and firefox. And the problem with the freezing for 10 seconds is also solved by the new profile creating!
