My company has devloped a web based application and used Computer hardware like ploedisplay,signature pad.hardware work fine in IE But not work when i used firefox.

Firefox doesn't support ActiveX since it's not a web standard OR open technology. You should contact your company's IT department and ask them to use web standards in their applications.
