Hi Stephane, I am not sure what you mean with the zen browser, unfortunately my french are very rusty. But if it doesn't work in any other browser I assume there must be an issue with your prime subscription so you might want to reach out to their support team

some browser like zen browser are firefox with customized plugin to be named with another name , but it' s a firefox browser .

Got it - do you mean it also doesn't work at zen? If that's the case can you try on another browser like Chrome, Brave or Edge and let us know if it doesn't work there?
