Firefox: when I write in the address bar the text won't disappear like every browser. I tried: changes int the about:config , but nothing works. It seems a bug

Hello

In about:config, and more precisely?

Manage Firefox search settings https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-your-default-search-settings-firefox Have you tried, Show search terms in the address bar on results pages

In about:config, that's, browser.urlbar.showSearchTerms.enabled
