my workspaces tab, FLoorp notes all disappeared after refresh update! I want to recover them!

Hi, I updated to latest mac os version tahoe, opened floorp hoping that it would restore tab and workspaces as i put them before and the notes in it. But when i opened, it requested for me to refresh. And after i refresh and restart, my workspaces tab, FLoorp notes all disappeared ! I want to recover them! I have tried asking chatgpt to check about:profiles, and copying "Old Floorp Data" into the ~/Library/Application Support/Floorp/Profiles default profiles 1 and hoping it would recover, but i opened floorp, and still nothing,my notes gone and workplace tabs not there. I would like a way to recover it please. I used this joseph.13ad, and was synced in Floorp/mozilla, so i dont understand especially for notes how it disappeared
