when Google share links are sent to me, they won't open in Firefox. I have to copy and paste the entire uRL and open Chrome in order to view them

The post says Google resolved it, but either the issue came back or wasn't fixed.

Installing the Google Search Fixer add-on resolved the issue for me.

This link opens in Firefox for me. Please try clearing Firefox cache and clearing cookies and data for the Google (warning: this will log you out).
