Not getting security code text/sms

I just started using Firefox (instead of Safari) and when I try to sign into some of my websites (e.g. banking) they want to send my a security code to verify it is me. I NEVER get those text messages/SMS. Most of the times I found a work-around, like having them email the code, but for my bank they only will send it as a text message. Is it some setting I need to adjust in Firefox?

Hi,

I don't think this can be caused by Firefox. More likely issues on the websites' side.
