the files downloaded to my download folder. My querstion is - are they safe? did you see the image I attached?

Hi,

I don't think Firefox downloads such files on its own (true Firefox files are not saved to Downloads). Not sure what exactly happens, but your are safe to just delete it.

I also don't think they an HTML file can pose a big threat, but I'm not an expert here.
