Thunderbird is downloaded on my desktop, which uses Windows 11. The Thunderbird icon is there but, when I click on it, nothing happens - it won't open. How can I open Thunderbird?
I have downloaded Thunderbird on to my desktop but it won't open. Please help me to open and use Thunderbird.

Has it worked before, or is this an installation that has never worked? When you rightclick on the icon and select properties, does it show the thunderbird. exe entry in Program Files? Do you still have the download from thunderbird.net?
