Computer cleared to factory settings. Locked out of account.
Apple had to clear my computer after last Tahoe update issue. I’m unable to get back into either Firefox or Mozilla accounts. I have current key for Mozzilla and both Firefox and Mozilla passwords. Tried using Apple account password which showed invalid but works fine for iCloud dot com. I’m trying to get Firefox reinstalled. Any suggestions?

It's easy to reinstall Firefox, but about the Mozilla account login: what key do you have? A "Recovery key" or a multi-factor authentication key?

Do you have any Time Machine backups (or other disk backups) from before your computer was cleared?
