In recent months, performance has dropped sharply and I have been unable to resolve using the advice in Help and seeking guidance. I attach the Troubleshooting Information, and a screen shot of me attempting access my Amazon account - 15 minutes and counting. I have tried multiple options including: * removal of 25% of software files * removal of add-ons * Firefox Safe Mode (no improvement) * Following performance Troubleshooting guide (e.g. history, caches etc) * Third Party software (CCleaner Pro) to check Drivers and Software (all up to date) * Check of SSD Status (92% reported by Windows) * Task Manager reviews Seeking your advice and guidance on resolving this (now) painful experience.
