The the past year, I've been constantly prompted to manage cookies on various web sites despite clicking on the "Accept all cookies" link or regardless of what settings I change. This has been happening on numerous secured web sites and on all my computers (I rarely use the browser on my mobile device to access secured web sites). In fact, it happens even if I click on a new page within the same web site. That is, I get the prompt with the choices of "Manage cookies" and "Accept all cookies" on a web site such as with a bank (not exclusively on banking sites) and, when I click on the "Accept all cookies" option, the prompt returns as soon as I click on a link to go to a different page on the same web site. How do I get rid of this as it requires I act on it. I can't ignore it as it often blocks the view of a large part of the page.
