I have been using Thunderbird for many years, but 3 days ago my Thunderbird icon disappeared from my desk-top and I could not find Thunderbird among my programs. This included my email storage folders. This also happen on my wife's computer at the same time. I searched for my emails and found them through google. It was just a list with no organization or folders. I took my computer to a well established computer shop for them to investigate. The next day my wife's computer was just fine, icon was back on her desktop, emails in order and her storage files were back. I am trying to reinstall Thunderbird, but I'm getting nowhere. Please help! Sending me an email won't work.
