You appear to be using the old eol Windows 8.1
With Windows 7, 8, 8.1 the most current version you can run is Firefox 115 ESR currently at Fx 115.30.0esr and planned for updates till Fx 115.33.0esr next year unless Mozilla extends updates again. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support
If you need to download the Firefox 115.30.esr setup then see https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ then click on 64-bit or 32-bit Windows then the language and then [Download ESR 115] as the download Now will serve you Firefox 140.5.0esr which will not work on Windows 8.1.
