(1) Is this problem in Firefox (viewing your message list on a web page in Firefox) or in Thunderbird (viewing your message list in the stand-alone Thunderbird program)?
(2) Where is the usual process breaking down?
(3) Is there any reason to think that Bitdefender is involved, for example, does it display an error message in a popup or in a log of blocked requests?
