I have been having a problem with downloading a paper for reviewing from Nature Springer. However, it has been always failing. I have all the help from the website but it work. It always appears as shown below

Windows home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender?

You can boot to safe mode with networking to verify that your security software is the issue.
