I had firefox on both my phone and laptop, first my phone then I added it to my laptop and had them synced together. The other day I had decided to factory reset my laptop, and re-downloaded firefox. I logged in but it hasn't properly synced, most have synced like bookmarks, history, and passwords but settings or add-ons haven't. Add-ons are one things but settings are another. Do shortcuts, themes, extensions, and settings not sync between mobile and pc? It was like 5 am so I was a *little* flustered when I made the first post- now I'm just exasperated...

Some add-ons and settings are not equal between desktop and mobile so will not sync - a good example is themes that will not work in Firefox for Android.

I have exactly the same problem. A new laptop, which I am signed onto. An android which I am signed into. There is no sync and save button, only sync now, which doesn't join them together. Neither know the other exists.

Please help
