It can be difficult to track down relevant error messages for extensions (and if you find them, it may not be clear how to fix them). You might want to check their listings on the Add-ons site and see whether there is any information in the reviews and/or whether they have a support link that leads to any issues list where there are reports about the problem.

Just went to reviews and many people confirm that after Firefox update the extensions just do not work anymore. Its a shame. Thanks for input. I will be switching to Edge for now :)

All of them. All of a sudden the extensions puzzle icon stopped having pinned extensions next to it. When you click on the puzzle piece, it takes you to the extensions page in settings where you can SEE all of the extensions, but none of them actually show up or work ever. For example, 1password shows up in the extensions settings page, it does not actually work or show up anywhere it used to (near the extensions puzzle piece or when clicking on the puzzle piece to drop-down the menu of extensions). This worked fine earlier today but now NO extensions work at all.

One possible reason would be if Firefox restarted in its Troubleshoot Mode - that automatically disables all extensions. (Ref. Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox) You can do a regular exit/quit of Firefox and start it up again normally to escape from Troubleshoot Mode.

Another possible reason is if you are using a private window, since extensions need individual permission to run in private windows. See: Extensions in Private Browsing.
