
outlook shared mailboxes results in "user authenticated but not connected"
The access to the normal outlook mailbox works fine, just the share mailbox access results in an error. Any Idea? Thanks, Manfred

Solved: I have reinstalled Thunderbird from the MS App Store. I added the basic EMAIL account. I NOT entered the Setup menue but added the mailboxes in the inbox by clicking on the existing email account. I´m added the mailboxes automatically not entering the manual installation menue. Cuurently everything is working.
