Hello there Can you first send me the SMTP setting s from that version of Thunderbird? For the mail sending out?

And for the mail receiving check if there are some blocking's and is there a correct configuration ?

Try to turn vpn off and the security software program ,also check for mail in the inbox after that. Turn it back on an check again for that mail inbox on that pc.
