how to authenticate microsoft on Firefox?
Need to work without constant and persistent access to my cell phone and acquire a authenticater app for desktop which uses Windows 11.

Not a Firefox browser issue - you need to contact Microsoft support.
Do you have a good source for getting a first question. "Outlook" can be a confusing word. I am and have been a firefox fan and also work with old files that have some crazy security questions and also have a history of password changes. Actually this morning, there have been some major changes in access to Juno.....but my old authenticator is on my cell and from my early cell phone useage has been a challenge.
That is a Microsoft product and anything related to MS Authentication is with Microsoft not with Firefox browser user forum. Look at Microsoft site to provide this support.
