I've escalated your support request. The staff I contacted should reply soon. Thanks for donating to Mozilla. I'm not sure how an extra zero was added but the people in charge of the donations should be able to rectify this.

How do I cancel or change my recurring donation? Can I change my payment method or my donation frequency? Access your donation portal here. Here you can cancel your gift or adjust the donation amount, frequency, date charged and payment method. If you run into any issues you can always contact us!

Alright Kenly, James has also given you the correct information. I was told you should also go to the "Contact Us" page and fill out the form there so the staff can have a ticket to track your issue.

Under the "I need" option, choose "My donation refunded". Then fill in the other boxes that open beneath that option. Once done filling in all the details, name and your email, you need to click on the checkbox that says "I'm not a robot", complete the puzzle it shows you. Then once that is complete, click the Submit button.
