The bank I use, requires a Username and a PW AND a number generated from what they call a token and I call a dongle. For the last while, on Firefox, I can get in. No problem, The moment I get the 'pay a beneficiary' screen I am 'chucked off' as it has 'timed out'. Second logon goes fine and I have no further problems. If I change the browser, so NOT Firefox, (and not Chrome) no problem at all. Not chucked off. I have used the internet bank and system for years, withe Firefox. Firefox is my browser of choice (it's a long story), so I'd like to continue. The bank's could-not-care-less attitude was 'use Chrome'. 1.I dislike Chrome & 2.How can my bank dictate what browser I use?
