Trying to recover synced data from Android phone after 30 days since it died. It showed up for about a week but now it's not showing the tabs in sync.

Firefox Sync is designed to keep two or more copies of Firefox on different devices in sync, such as between a laptop and a phone. Do you still have the data on your other device?
Other device died so I was hoping support could restore the data
I am very sorry, but we have no way to access or recover that data.
