Why must I RESET firefox to remove a duplicate object in the Applications list?

It's rather strange that this would setup like this. IF it IS possible that more than one of the very same application can be somehow added to Firefox's Application list, then there needs to be a way to remove that AND we should not need to reset the entire browser to do that (see screenshot). Anyway just a user's opinion, doubt it will be heard though.

Those apps aren't coming from Firefox but the software your using that is making those and that is a Windows O/S control not a Firefox.
