Due to Apple's restrictions on what browser engine can be used on iOS/iPadOS, there are no Extensions that you can install in Firefox on iOS currently. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios

Extensions are only available for Firefox on Android and for desktop on Windows, Linux and macOS. desktop Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/
