loosing all the saved logins
Dear Sir/Madam Hi I live in Iran and I use the lovely FireFox browser for many years I have got in the trouble with Logins and Passwords on my browser. Last day, when I was working with my laptop while the Firefox browser, the Acrobat Reader DC and a text document were on the background suddenly I had to restart my laptop. after that, when I wanted to use the FireFox, I found out that all of the saved logins got lost and now there is no saved logins on my browser. I logged in my FireFox account again to recover the lost information, but unfortunately that was useless.
I have many important saved logins and passwords on my browser. Is there any solution? I need your help to solve this issue.
there is an screen of the empty list of Logins and Passwords on my browser.
yours sincerely

Did you try to reboot the computer time in case some files are locked ?
Do you see any login if you open logins.json in a Firefox tab ?
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
- Help -> More Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
Thank you so much for helping me
I found the logins.json file according to the second link that you've sent me. all my saved logins is in this file. it's opened in HTML format. I tried to use logins.json file due to import the data to the Logins & Passwords list on Firefox , but that was useless. How can I importe the data of logins.json file to Logins & Passwords list on Firefox?
Respectfully
You need a matching key4.db file that has the correct encryption key to be able to decrypt the logins stored in logins.json and see them on the about:logins page (Password Manager). You need to place both logins.json and key4.db in the current profile folder with Firefox closed.
