When clicking on a redirect (Get recipe) to a new tab in the Bon Appetite site, Firefox causes a BSOD. No other browser does this. ver 113.2 64 Bit. (Reinstalled) No extensions in effect. Computer: I9 with 32 gigs DDR4 and terabytes of open space. Graphics: Radeon RX 580 - 8G All drivers up to date. VRam tested with OCCT

The big thing here is, NO other browser has this issue. I have whittled down system error logs to only DCom and LSA errors.

Any real help would be appreciated!

I've been playing and working in the PC tech world since the 80's and had an idea I would get to figure this one out on my own, and am a bit embarrassed it took so long.

Turns out the culprit here is AVG. Evidently, the tech ole' Bon uses clashes with the tech AVG uses. Once AVG is put in passive mode, and Malwarebytes is the primary protection for web browsing, the issue stops.

Jonz... you better watch that shrimp! That cholesterol level is absurd!

Thanks, folks...

I am want the Bangladeshi Spiced Shrimp and Green Bean Bean Stir-Fry!!!  ;-)) Steps to replicate the issue please. Do we need to be logged in? Hope not. A screen recording would be helpful. What security software are you running? Are yo running Windows Pro version? If so, try this option and see if you have the same problem.

Which DLL is mentioned in the BSOD ? Did you check the Windows Event Viewer logs ?

As stated, I have whittled down system error logs to only DCom and LSA errors.. The DLL varies, which made me spend a few days in the logs. And a screen shot when this thing bsod's... nope. I do like the sandbox idea. I'm not stranger to VM's, so it sounds actually like fun, and is a good idea in the debugging.... maybe. Thanks guys!
