My email, [edited] @wideopenwest no longer exists. They got bought out in my area by RCN DBA Astound. My new email address is [edited] @astound.net. I can no longer get email at [edited] @wideopenwest.com

Unfortunately unless you changed your Primary login before the email address was removed to confirm the new update login email there nothing that can be done here. Since you didn't change prior to the change that account is a lost account.
