What kind of items are you talking about ? Firefox only shows the most recent visit for each URL and hides older visits if that is what you mean.

You posted with a mobile Firefox 101 version. Is your question about Firefox for desktop since you posted your question on the main Firefox support forum or about Firefox for Android ?
