It was either Google or Microsoft, those are the only two Authenticators that I use..?

You should have disabled 2FA for all websites or possibly backup your data as there is no way to restore the 2FA codes, so you lose access to all websites that you were using with your authenticator app unless the website allows to bypass 2FA.
