Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using Firefox for a while now, I'm very happy with thee browser and have recommended all my firends use it instead of Chrome.

However, this morning, after the recent update, I have found I am unable to upload or download anything on any website using Firefox.

I have tested it using Safari and I can download images perfectly fine there. Even using extensions on FF, nothing is happening.

Please get back to me as soon as you get this

Hi Julian, From your wording, I get the impression that you think you are directly contacting developers or Mozilla employees. You are not. This is a community support forum. The people that answer questions here are users just like you, volunteering their time.

What you're experiencing is not normal behaviour. First, let's try refreshing Firefox. This will purge a lot of your Firefox files, while retaining most of your personal data. For instructions, check out the following article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
