Firefox Sync stuck on Syncing

For the past week or so Firefox has been stuck on "Syncing" and thus my toolbar not available. Re-installing Firefox and even re-installing Windows didn't fix the issue. I tried to get logged into a different computer and it worked perfectly so this is only happening in this system. Sometimes it would also not allow me to log out of the Firefox Account
