Hi, I know have food whatever you call them on my browser. I DON'T WANT THEM.... I tried to find how to delete.... what Mozilla says to do I can't find. Craigslist is suddenly gone..... who knows where.... I though Mozilla would prevent SPAM..... Oh no!! why should it.... I may as well go back to where I was...

Food? I'm not sure what you mean. Could you explain where you see it.

Craigslist is suddenly gone..... who knows where....

Let's see whether we can get that back. As a starting point, where was Craigslist before? For example:

  • It was one of the buttons on your Bookmarks Toolbar below the main toolbar. (Support Article)
  • It was one of the shortcuts on the built-in Firefox Home / new tab screen. (Add/remove items)
  • It was a pinned tab that re-opens when you start Firefox. (Support Article)
  • Somewhere else?
I though Mozilla would prevent SPAM..... Oh no!! why should it....

Firefox should show you web pages accurately, minus some tracking content.

If you have a problem with spam email messages, you may need to explore features of your email website to block it.

If there are ads in web pages and you want to block them, take a look at this add-on as a possible solution:
