<p>I believe using the Print Screen key copies the screen to the clipboard.
From there, you need to Paste it into a picture-type program and then save it.
</p><p>I prefer to use;
Taking a Screenshot;
<strong>Windows &gt; Start &gt;</strong> search box <strong>&gt; Snip. </strong> Select <strong>Snipping Tool. </strong>
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Save the picture(s) to your desktop, or wherever. Press the Reply button.
Then press the <strong>Add images; Browse</strong> button.
</p>Which program do you use to access your email? For example:
Firefox (going to your mail website)

<p>If it is a Firefox window, here are two things to try:

I regularly use an image viewing program called IrfanView.
I tried to figure out how to use the Print Screen key on my Window 10 PC. I think I may have created the image of the screen, but then I couldn't find the folder "screenshots," which is supposed to be in my "pictures" folder. I was trying to follow the instructions in WikiHow.
I wondered for a while if this problem was only occurring in one website, but it's now happened in several websites.

There's nothing to click on above the line of icons at the bottom. This is what appeared after I had clicked on something in an e-mail. The other times it happened was when I clicked on the words "more" or "read more " in an e-mail.
It appears that the screen shot is never going to finish uploading. I used a program called WinCopy Screen Capture.
