Thanks for your reply, I update Beijing Sogou program, I just updated the Sogou program and observed whether it would still cause browsers to crash.
I have updated Beijing Sogou program, but the firefox browser just crash again. The Crash report ID:bp-dcc1c534-3ceb-437a-80ab-9c7200211203, could you tell me that the crash reason is still caused by Sogou program?
Have you tried running in Safe Mode to see if add-ons are causing the issue? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

So, Could you tell me the crash reason? What's the meanning of EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ?
The crash report flagged these programs;
IDMShellExt64.dll = Internet Download Manager
QQPinyin.ime = QQ Pinyin input method = company Tencent
I was still doing research when you posted. Give me a few minutes.
ok, thank you. I also tried to disable Internet Download Manager and QQ Pinyin input method respectively to see if it would still cause a crash.
Web search; https://www.bing.com/search?q=EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ "The Exception access violation error is related to a memory error and is generally caused due to the software issues whereas in some cases it is found that it might be caused by the faulty RAM module."
MemTest
Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/
in order to check the integrity of your RAM?
You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.
Do you let Windows handle the page file or did you set a fixed size ?
Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings
If you use a fixed size for the page file then try the former and let Windows handle the page file. How to determine the appropriate page file size for 64-bit versions of Windows {web link}
