Camera won't load on one site

HI, All of a sudden my camera wouldn't load on a site I use frequently--the teletherapy platform for Psychology Today. (I'm a psychotherapist). I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. I finally had the idea to switch browsers, and behold! it worked! So there is something about Firefox that suddenly disabled the video function for this particular site. The camera light is on, but the image does not load. It is not a problem with another video-conferencing platform I use (Webex) via Firefox, just a problem with Psychology Today. Please advise. I want to keep using Firefox for Pso Today, too, if possible.

I'm guessing this is the site that you're talking about? https://www.psychologytoday.com/us Can you provide steps to replicate the issue? Are you working with a laptop camera or external camera?
