A few forum questions do not load when link clicked

Recently (possibly because it's Firefox 91) three questions have failed to load. Ironically, this is the latest: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1349148 (asking why hyperlinks fail to load). Is it the browser or has something been done to the questions?

Thanks cor-el. I checked the console. A Greasemonkey script was causing the problem.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I should have produced a screenshot. Here it is. There is no error message. It has only happened with 3 questions, others load fine.

If I try to use Troubleshoot Mode, Firefox crashes. I clear the cache every night. I could delete cookies and site data for the support site but that seems drastic.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Thanks. It is some days since I tried troubleshoot mode. The browser crashes routinely when I quit and also if I press the button to delete the start-up cache and restart. I have posted previously about the crashes.

I will probably post again because I have more information and, as I say, it crashes routinely when I quit or try to restart, which was not my original understanding of the problem.

Do you think I should delete cookies and site data for this site?

deleting cookies and site data will not hurt anything and could remove corrupt data.

And do post the crash reports.

I deleted cookies and site data and signed in again. I still can't see the question I linked at the outset.

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
